Aqua Pure Water Solutions is a registered DBA of Untouched Acquisitions LLC (collectively, “Aqua Pure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Program Description

The Aqua Pure Water Solutions messaging program may send service-related, appointment, follow-up, informational, and promotional text messages to people who provide a mobile number and separately agree to receive texts.

Consent and Eligibility

By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting a form, or by otherwise providing documented consent, you authorize Aqua Pure Water Solutions, a registered DBA of Untouched Acquisitions LLC, and its service providers to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber or customary user of the number.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call (480) 490-2149, or email info@aquapuresolutionsllc.com.

Privacy

We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except service providers that support message delivery and are restricted from using the information for other purposes, or when required by law. Program Changes

We may change or discontinue the messaging program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
